Terms of Service

The service

Idea2App gives businesses an online storefront, mobile apps and a dashboard to manage products, orders, customers and integrations. Features available to you depend on your plan.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by employees you add.
• Keep your password confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your store and your content

You own the products, images, descriptions and other content you upload. You give us the permission we need to host, display and process that content in order to run your store and the integrations you enable.

• You are responsible for your products, prices, stock, delivery and customer service.
• You must have the rights to everything you upload.
• You must comply with the laws that apply to your business and your customers.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, counterfeit, prohibited or misleading products or content.
• No attempts to access other vendors' data or to disrupt the service.
• No use of the service to send spam or to collect data without consent.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed as shown when you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Third-party integrations, including Meta

When you connect a third-party service, you authorise us to exchange data with it on your behalf, only for the purpose you enabled.

Connecting Meta lets us publish your product catalog to your own Meta Business Portfolio so you can use it in Meta ads. Your use of Meta is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies. You can disconnect at any time from the dashboard; we then delete the Meta access token we hold and stop sending data to Meta.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts other users at risk, or has unpaid fees. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Idea2App is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the dashboard or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute.
