Disconnecting Meta

Removing the Meta connection takes a moment and needs no request to us.

• Open the vendor dashboard and go to Meta.
• Select Disconnect.
• The Meta access token we hold is deleted immediately, and we stop sending any product data to Meta.
• Your Meta catalog remains in your own Meta Business. We never delete it, because your advertising may depend on it. You can remove it yourself from Meta Commerce Manager.

Deleting your account and all data

To have your account and everything associated with it removed, email us from the address registered on the account.

• Send your request to info@idea2app.tech with the subject "Data deletion request".
• Include the business name registered on the account.
• We confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
• You will receive confirmation once it is done.

What gets deleted

• The vendor account and its login details.
• Products, categories, images and store settings.
• Any stored integration credentials, including Meta access tokens.
• Storefront configuration and published content.

What we keep, and why

Order and invoice records are kept where accounting and tax law requires it. They are retained for that purpose alone and are not used for anything else.
